The robe and nightgown are both now made from satin (the robe pictured is a fabric I can no longer get).

Barbie's nightgown is a simple, straight tube style gown and closes in back with hook and loop. This gown is one that is crucial that I know whether you have a classic body (5 1/2 inch bustline) or a newer body Barbie (4 1/2-5 inch bustline) There is a pull down in the cart that you will need to select. It might help if you measure your Barbie doll at the fullest part of her chest before ordering. If your child has assorted Barbies, you can select one but still leave me a note in the box that you'll see when you enter the cart. If I know you have assorted size dolls, I will make part of the order for the newer body and part for the classic body so all of the dolls will be happy with their Barbie doll clothes.

The gown is actually ankle length--the thumbnail picture on the category page shows this outfit as it is made now or click the link below to show a larger picture of the light blue set--shades of light blue can and will vary from the picture due to fabric availability.

Barbie will need to supply her own shoes or slippers. Pink pumps would definitely complete this look!
