Barbie Doll Skirt and Top-Pink and feminine!
This Barbie Doll skirt and top will make her look sweet and feminine.
Barbie just loves wearing her favorite color skirt and top--pink! Actually it's Midge who is modeling but it still looks nice on her. The top is actually a bodysuit, just like what is used in the Barbie Doll Cheerleading Outfit only with 3/4 length sleeves. Being a bodysuit, it always stays tucked in. It's part of my modest Barbie clothes collection.
The Barbie Doll skirt is made from pink cotton fabric with tiny darker pink pin dots. It even has a waistband and closes in back with hook and loop. You'll need to furnish your own doll and shoes. I am currently going back to using pink with white pin dots so as soon as someone orders and I get a picture of it, I will switch the picture.
If you like pin dots, another nice choice might be the Barbie Dress-Light Blue Pindot. Or you could even choose to have this outfit made in blue t-shirt fabric with the same light blue pin dots as the dress mentioned above, as long as the blue pin dot supply lasts.
Pindot fabric is becoming increasingly harder to find and is even considered vintage by some fabric dealers. So it's possible that very soon I won't be able to make these two items out of pin dot fabric at all. In that case I will have to find a suitable print for Barbie's skirt or just keep it a darker pink solid.
