I bought her because I didn't have a Phoebe doll but have since gotten one that is not in a box which makes it easier for her to model my handmade Bratz clothes . Phoebe has lime green streaks in her dark auburn hair and is wearing matching earrings and carrying a shiny lime green handbag.
