Barbie Doll Flannel Nightgown is big 'n cozy

This Barbie flannel nightgown is made from a pretty pastel print and is sewn onto a circular yoke with long sleeves gathered at the wrist. There is lace or eyelet trim at the hem and the Barbie nightgown closes in back with hook and loop. I usually trim the front with a cute bow or ribbon rosette, even though there isn't one pictured.

Just imagine how nice it feels to slip into your own cozy flannel nightgown and you'll want to get a Barbie flannel gown for each of your Barbies. I can make nightgowns in Christmas prints too when they're in season at the fabric store. That's why I don't have it as a choice all the time, but if you'd like a Christmas print or something special, feel free to ask me about it.

Another special thing I can do is to take fabric you already have, for example, your child's favorite small print nightgown that she's outgrown. It could be sitting there and you just don't have the heart to give it away because she looked so adorable wearing it. Now she's older and maybe even too old for Barbies. No one is ever really too old for Barbies, so why not let me make that old nightgown into a Barbie flannel nightgown. It would be a really nice keepsake and your daughter may even want to hand it down to her children.

I can take the idea of a keepsake nightgown a little further. If you don't want to put the nightgown on a Barbie, you can still have it made like a Barbie flannel nightgown but use it in a shadow box along with some favorite mementos of your daughter's childhood.
